The Knots Landing Phase II Residential Development property is located on the Brighton Reservation.
The project area is approximately 2.5 acres and includes the construction of nine (9) single-family rental homes on 1/4 acre lots and a common playground area. The home design will be similar to the existing homes in Rainbow Lane Phase 1. The homes being built include five (5) three-bedroom homes, three (3) four-bedroom homes, and one (1) five-bedroom home. Phase II of Knots Landing will be the final phase of the residential rental homes in this area. Construction began in 4/23/2021 and the project was anticipated to be completed within 8-10 months.
The new estimated completion date for the homes is the End of September 2022, and the Playground is TBD.
